Shorting into the Hole means shorting something that is already down very sharply and bounces back up as soon as you place your short.
How to Stop Selling the Oversold Conditions:
1) Use an indicator like an oscillator like RSI, CCI, Stochastic and you never go short in an oversold condition.
2) X from High Filter – this could be a percentage or pips or ticks (more for day traders).
3) Never short on a red day
4) x %/pips/tick from low trigger similar to 2) but upside down.
