Madden is my favorite game of all time regardless of how much I rant about how bad it is and regardless of how much EA is out to get me.

What I plan on doing: I will definitely be doing in depth tutorials of different money plays, glitch plays, and offensive schemes in Madden 18. How to audible, how to make quick adjustments glitches, field goal glitch, fake field goal glitch. How to stop the blitz, how to stop the run, how to stop the pass, best run play, best pass play, best team, best team overall, etc. Hopefully soon I can bring you guys some defensive schemes as well because I know quite a few “nano” blitzes, and just a bunch of tips and tricks to help you guys play lockdown defense. I do play Madden 18 Ultimate team but the reason why it isn’t featured a lot on my channel is because I got the game super late so I was so far behind everything and I didn’t have the time to catch up. But in Madden 18 expect there to be a lot more videos on Madden Ultimate team, trash talking kid videos and Madden Ultimate team pack openings. If Jmellflo wants it you better expect a Jmellflo exposed video coming soon. Old Fashioned German Potato Salad is dressed with a dijon vinegar dressing and can be served either hot or cold.

INGREDIENTS

2 pounds red potatoes, diced
1 pound bacon, diced
1 red onion, diced
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add in diced potatoes and boil until tender, about 10 to 12 minutes. Drain potatoes and place in a large mixing bowl.

2. Meanwhile, add bacon to a cold large skillet. Heat over medium heat and cook bacon until crisp, about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove bacon from grease and set aside, leaving grease in pan.

3. Add red onion to grease and cook 5 minutes until onions are soft. Whisk in vinegar, olive oil, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper until heated through, 1 to 2 minutes.

4. Pour sauce over cooked potatoes. Toss with parsley. Serve hot, or chill to serve cold.

Whenever we are learning a new skill or set of skills there are 4 stages of improvement we must go through until we make it a habit:

Unconscious Incompetence – “I don’t know that I don’t know how to do this.” This is the stage of blissful ignorance before learning begins.

Conscious Incompetence – “I know that I don’t know how to do this, yet.” This is the most difficult stage, where learning begins, and where the most judgments against self are formed. This is also the stage that most people give up.

Conscious Competence – “I know that I know how to do this.” This stage of learning is much easier than the second stage, but it is still a bit uncomfortable and self-conscious.

Unconscious Competence – “What, you say I did something well?” The final stage of learning a skill is when it has become a natural part of us; we don’t have to think about it.

The Secret Sauce

Where do most players go wrong? Well now that we understand the pathway to learning a new skill we can zone in on two key areas – stage 2 and stage 3.

Once we have a basic understanding of the stroke/s and we are learning the new skill the question becomes how do we now speed up making this new skill a habit that will hold up during a match?

Here is where 90% of players go wrong – they attend their weekly lessons and know what they should be doing but they don’t back up that learning with repetitions.

This is why they get stuck in stage 1 and 2. Every week it’s like they reset back to the start, they improve in that hour and then learning stops. One step forward and two steps back. Their progress stops.

But if you back that learning up with drills that help you build autonomous habits then you have the “secret sauce”.

You might be thinking great, but I don’t know what drills to focus on for each stroke?!?

That’s where we come in.

Being out on court teaching players of all ages and levels has given us a unique insight into what works and more importantly what doesn’t.

・ホットケーキミックス　　　　　　　　　50g
・卵　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　1個
・米糀からつくった糀甘酒 (生地用) 50ml
・いちご　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　6個
・米糀からつくった糀甘酒 (クリーム用)　 大さじ2
・生クリーム　　　　　　　　　　　　　　100cc
・サラダ油　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　小さじ2

■手順
1. ボウルに卵を割り入れて混ぜ、糀甘酒(生地用)を加えて混ぜる
2. ホットケーキミックスを加えて混ぜる
3. フライパンにサラダ油小さじ2を加えて、キッチンペーパーで薄くのばし、熱する
4. とろ火にし、2の半量を入れて薄く全体にのばす。表面がふつふつとしてきたら裏表を返して30秒程焼き、お皿に取り出してラップをかぶせて粗熱をとる。(同様にあと1枚作る)
5. いちごはヘタをとり、4個はみじん切りにする
6. 鍋にみじん切りにしたいちご、糀甘酒(クリーム用)を入れて熱し、どろっとするまで煮詰め、冷ます
7. 氷水にさらしたボウルに生クリームを入れてハンドミキサーでしっかり泡立て、6を加えて泡立てる
8. 4の生地を半分に折り、真ん中に7のクリームをのせて丸い部分、左右の生地を折りたたみ着物のように形を作り立たせる
9. クリームを上から加え、切っていないいちごをのせる

Fortnite Gameplay Overview:

Fortnight is a co-op sandbox survival game and is about exploration, scavenging items, crafting weapons, building fortified structures, and fighting waves of encroaching monsters & Zombies. Players will work together to scavenge items they can use for building by day to build their fort, and by night defend it from the zombies for 14 days hence the title Fortnight. Building will be a core mechanic in the game, and there will be “a lot of loot” buried within. Players can build and edit each wall of their fort with a 3×3 grid, lay down stairs, roofs, and windows, sculpting them to suit a particular need.

The world of Fortnite is expansive and uses a hybrid of procedural generation with sculpted “puzzle pieces” to create interesting play spaces to explore. Almost anything can be harvested for loot and materials, and used for for crafting. Build the equipment you need, when you need it. Knowing when to spend your hard-earned resources is part of the strategy of mastering the world of Fortnite.

We have a solid assortment of guns: sniper rifles, rocket launchers, lasers and shotguns galore all in your favorite rarity colored flavors. We also have a pile of close-combat weapons that range from claymores to katanas and my favorite: the rocket-powered sledgehammer. Along with weapons, players are also able to collect and recruit Defenders. These are specialist NPCs that help you hold the line against the Husk hordes.

Building in Fortnite is designed to be usable before combat and in the heat of battle. Need to throw up a quick wall? It’s a tap and a trigger away. Want to build more impressive structures? The editing tool puts the power of building customization in your hands, choosing between fences, windows, stairs, ramps and doors in your fort. Fortnite buildings can also be built from three different materials with different properties: wood, stone, and metal. Building coupled with the ability to craft a whole host of deadly traps, can eliminate creatures before they can even get to your Fort’s walls! It’s up to you to decide which one to use in a pinch.

It’s a sign she’s being used, and I don’t want it to happen to you.

Once you graduate, it can be very hard to figure out where you’re supposed to go to meet cool new people or how you’re supposed to actually make them your friends. And that’s why in this video I want to give you three awesome ways to meet cool people after graduating and this is gonna be really useful if you’ve just graduated or you may have graduated a long time ago but you’re moving to a new city and you have to start over or quite frankly, anywhere in between; because these are the principles for making friends in any situation.

So first one is this — be the hub. Now, what I mean by this is if you think of a bicycle wheel, it’s got a bunch of spokes coming into a central hub. And the question is — in your friend group, are you more like the hub — the person who is organizing events saying, “Let’s go to my house,” or “guys, do you wanted me to this restaurant at 7:00?” or “go to this movie on Wednesday night,” — or are you the person who is the spoke? — sitting at home waiting for the text to come in which sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn’t.

That is the downside of being a spoke. Yes, you don’t have to take charge of organizing events but you’re only invited some of the time and even worse, when one of the other spokes has a party or a cool event and they can’t invite everybody, who is the person that they invite? It’s inevitably the person that invited them; it’s that hub.

My name’s Erin and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video I’m going to be sharing with you ways that actors have been able to embody emotions that they are playing a role for. I’m going to be sharing with you how our personality is something that’s been patterned into thinking that this is the way I am and how we can break outside of that mold. If we simply give ourselves permission to be in act a different way now the wait reason this video was inspired is because I was reading articles of actors who were acting at home or maybe they were like getting ready for a role that they had and that’s something a lot of actors will do especially really good actors is even when they’re at home they will act as if that that’s who they are so that they really get into the character.

Now the funny thing is as people act like this or as actors act like this the idea is that they end up in body the emotions that their character would have. So if they’re playing a very happy person then the idea is they may feel happier if they’re playing a person that gets very angry they may find themselves in bonding those emotions more and more. Now I think there’s a lot of power in understanding this because when it comes to the way that we’re being in the way the carriers of our physiology that all correlates to the kind of emotions we feel.

And that’s something that we can track back to something I share a lot with the Amy Cuddy power pose when you’re standing in a Superman or Superwoman pose and that makes you feel more confident and less cortisol which is the stress hormone and the idea is that what we can do is begin to link us up to the way that we prefer to be. Now we think many times that our personality is set that this is who I am now. I believe that our personality is a pattern that we have continuously habitually practice and we think this is who I am I’m just a shy person I’m just a jealous person I’m just this type of person. But in general and at the base core of it I believe that we can let go of certain patterns by making the decision to do so and then taking action to break outside of that mold.

So this is something that I found to be very powerful it’s something that comes from a book called How to Break the habit of being yourself it’s by Dr. Joe dispence I’ve recommended that many times a very good book and it explains how 60 to 70 thoughts 60 to 70 thousand thoughts a day that we think on average that of those about 90 percent of them are recycled from the day before. Which means that we’re simply recycling the same personality every single day and we’re saying this is who I am and remember our personality creates our personal reality which means that if we want to change our personal reality or our circumstance we must first change our personality to have a virtual thoughts that we have the way we continuously think act and feel.

Now in order for us to do this and apart part of an important part of it is the action that we are taking and the way that we are acting in our everyday life now knowing that actors are able to act a certain way at their house when they’re preparing for a role and it makes them feel a certain way.

What if what we could do is we could act as if we could embody the emotions that we prefer and we could in a way try it on Try on a new perspective on a new personality. Now some people might hear this and think why would I want to be someone I’m not. The idea is that who we think we are is nothing but a habitual liars pattern that we keep on practicing and we keep on saying you know this is who I am. But…
